Easy Returns

We offer 14 Day Change-Of-Mind Returns on most of our products. Some products cannot be returned due to Australian health and sanitary regulations or they do not qualify for change-of-mind returns. To lodge a return, please contact us and we'll get things started for you asap! Please be sure to read our Terms and Conditions and our Returns Policy before submitting your return request.

Returns Under Warrenty

Straight up, we want to apologise (in advance) if the item you purchased from us has a genuine manufacturer defect. Just like you, we love to shop online so we understand your frustration when you tell us there's missing or damaged parts or your purchase simply doesn't power on.

To help resolve this issue, we ask that you please contact us so we can provide swift customer support.

Dispatch Of Orders

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 - 48hours of receipt of cleared funds. We do not ship orders out on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays. If you purchased your items using Shop Now, Pay Later, your order will be processed once we receive cleared funds to our bank account. This typically takes between 24-48hours depending on the platform you use.

Free Domestic Shipping

Most of our Australian Based Items are shipped Free of Charge. There are some items on our website which are not offered with Free Shipping. You will be notified of any shipping charge when you proceed to checkout. We use Australia Post eParcel Service, Fastway Couriers, and TOLL Logistics for heavy or bulky items deliveries.

Delivery Times - Our Books

All book orders are shipped from our manufacturer in China direct to your doorstep as its the fastest delivery network world-wide. Delivery is usually less than 14 days. Full tracking is provided so you can track your order to your mailbox. If you have not received your order within 20 business days, please reach out to us so that we can assist you.
