Your use of the Site means that you agree to these Terms & Conditions and constitutes a binding agreement between you and Warehouse Bargains.
Do not use the Site if you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. References in these Terms & Conditions are exclusive to "Warehouse Bargains", "we," "us" or "our" means Warehouse Bargains. "Account holder", "user", "member", "the customer", "the client" means You.
We may at our sole discretion change, add, update or delete portions of these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms & Conditions for changes prior to use of the Site, and in any event your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
Please keep in mind that while Warehouse Bargains offers a wide variety of discounted factory priced merchandise for sale on the Site, we cannot guarantee availability of any item at a particular time. We reserve the right to change our merchandise offerings and stock quantities at any time. We also reserve the right to change content, features and offerings, pricing and sales, and adjust accessibility of the Site at our discretion.
Minimum Return Standards
What constitutes as our minimum return standards are:
- The item is returned to us in the same condition in which you received it.
- All accessories, manuals, USB cords, USB chargers and/or lithium batteries, plug-in rechargers, and/or other necessary peripheral components that came with your original purchase are boxed with your return.
- Your Warehouse Bargains invoice is included in the return parcel.

What Happens When Return Items Do Not Meet Our Minimum Return Standards?
It's rare when customer returns do not meet our minimum return standards but should this occur, we will contact the customer to discuss our reasons for cancelling their return request.
It's important customers understand that we are unable to process any return request if the purchased item has: prior use by the customer, has been used incorrectly or in disregard to standard manufacturer recommended guidelines, or the return item is scratched, marked, damaged or lost during return transit.
We ask all our customers to consider Australia Post insurance when shipping the return item back to us via Australia Post. Its incredibly inexpensive for peace of mind. Australia Post will financially reimburse you the $$ value of the insured goods should your return parcel become lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed when using their service.
When using a shipping carrier service like Toll Logistics for bulky or heavy items, you can request insurance to the $$ value of your purchase for a reasonable fee.
Return Acceptance Guidelines
Warehouse Bargains does not accept any delivery that does not have an authorised RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number pre-assigned to the Return parcel. In the unlikely event that we receive a return item without an authorised RMA number clearly written on the outside of the return packaging, we will ship the return item back to the customer at the customer's expense.
14 Day Change-Of-Mind Returns
Warehouse Bargains offers 14 Day Change-Of-Mind Returns on most of our products. We only accept return requests that are submitted through our website within 14 days of receipt of order. We do not accept return requests after 14 days.
Some products available for purchase on our website cannot be returned due to Australian consumer hygiene and sanitary laws, and manufacturer wholesale terms or they do not qualify for return. Please read our Return Policy before submitting a return request.
Our 14 Day Change-Of-Mind Return policy is not a consumer right; it is a deferential offer by Warehouse Bargains to assist our customers when purchasing online. Shop Now, Pay Later - 14 Day Change-Of-Mind Returns
Warehouse Bargains offers 14 Day Change-Of-Mind Returns on products purchased through our website using Shop Now, Pay Later solutions. Shop Now, Pay Later - 14 Day Change-Of-Mind Returns are handled in the exact same way as our standard 14 Day Change-Of-Mind Returns.
We only accept return requests that are submitted through our website within 14 days of receipt of order. We do not accept return requests after 14 days.
Some products available for purchase on our website cannot be return due to Australian consumer hygiene and sanitary laws, and Manufacturer wholesale terms or they do not qualify. Please read our Return Policy before submitting a return request.

Some products cannot be exchanged due to Australian consumer hygiene and sanitary laws, lack of exchange options (ie: no additional colours or styles), out-of-stock products, and manufacturer wholesale terms. Our 7 Day Product Exchange policy is not a consumer right; it is a deferential offer by Warehouse Bargains to assist our customers when purchasing online. Therefore, we may, at our sole discretion, reject a product exchange request if approving such request open us up to financial loss. This does not exclude your Consumer Rights & Guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
We will approve a Product Exchange request if the exchange request is submitted to us through our website within 7 days of receipt of order. We do not accept Product Exchange requests after 7 days. Product Exchange requests will be approved only if:
- The product exchange request is submitted to us through our website within 7 days of receipt of your order.
- You provide your Warehouse Bargains invoice number as proof of purchase.
- The product exchange item is an identical item as per your Warehouse Bargains invoice.
- The product exchange item has different colours and/or style variation options.
- The product exchange item is readily available and in-stock on our website;
- Customer pays shipping costs (to and from) incurred with returning the original item back to us and shipping the exchange item out to their shipping address.
- Please read section: Returning Bulky or Heavy Items for further details.
- The product exchange item will not be dispatched until the shipping invoice is paid in full. Depending on the size and metric volume weight of the exchanged item, TOLL Logistics may be required.
Clearance & Discontinued Items
All Clearance and Discontinued purchases are final.
We do not offer 14 Day Change-Of-Mind Returns, Product Exchange, In-store Credit or Monetary Cash Refunds on any Clearance or Discontinued purchase. Please kindly accept our terms before purchase.
Custom Made Products
All Custom-Made product purchases are final.
We do not offer 14 Day Change-Of-Mind Returns, Product Exchange requests, In-store Credit or Monetary Cash Refunds on any Custom-Made product purchase.
Requesting a 14 Day Change-Of-Mind Return or Product Exchange does not grant the customer free return shipping. Warehouse Bargains offers factory direct cut-price products, which means our customers $ave money on every order they make. With the huge reduction in retail price, we are unable to offer free returns too. We'd love to do this for our customers, but its just not financially viable for us to do so. Please respect our difficult decision before purchasing.
All returns shipped to our nominated return center is at the customer's expense unless a prior written agreement has been reached between Warehouse Bargains and the customer. When the customer organises their own shipping carrier (including Australia Post) to transport the return item back to our return center, Warehouse Bargains cannot be held accountable, or liable, if the return item goes missing in the mail or is lost, damaged or stolen during transit. It's important that customers use good tracking facilities and cost-effective transit insurance when returning items to us.
Returning Bulky or Heavy Items
Please be aware that if the item you wish to return is bulky or weighs more than 22kgs metric volume weight as per Australia Post Size Weight Guidelines, you may need to use a different carrier service that can handle the extra weight or bulky dimensions. You can use Fastway Couriers or TOLL Logistics if you wish, or you can use any shipping carrier service you like. All we ask is that you notify us via email of the tracking details so we can keep an eye out for your return parcel.
Please also consider proper insurance to cover you financially in the event your return package is goes missing, or is lost, damaged, stolen or shipped to a destination not related to our warehouse. With transit insurance you will be financially compensated should any of these events occur.
Not all products available for purchase on our website can be returned or exchanged under our 14 Day Change-Of-Mind Return policy or Product Exchange policy.
Security Sealed Packages
We do not accept return requests on any product that has the manufacturer's Security Seal Sticker broken, torn, cut, altered or damaged in any way.
Security Seal Stickers must be intact when requesting Product Exchange.
We do not accept return requests on Clearance Items, Discontinued Items, Custom-Made products or products that do not qualify for return.
All Clearance Items, Discontinued Items and Custom Made product sales are final.
Custom-made products that are custom manufactured to the customer's specific requirements cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you submit a return request on a Clearance item, Discontinued Item, Custom-Made item, or Product that does not qualify for return, we will cancel the request and contact you to explain our decision.
Please Note: Submitting a return request via our website does not constitute automatic return approval as each return request is reviewed by our Returns Dept. Requesting a change-of-mind product return is not a consumer right under Australian Consumer law. Warehouse Bargains offers our customers product exchange and/or change-of-mind product return as a deferential offer only. We may, at our sole discretion, reject any change-of-mind return request or product exchange if approving such request opens up to financial loss. Refusing a change-of-mind return request or product exchange does not impede your Consumer Rights & Guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
Manufactured Faulty Goods
Should you discover a genuine manufacturing fault with your Warehouse Bargains purchase, please contact us as soon as you can. When contacting us through our website, its important you provide concise, detailed information regarding the fault so we can reply with swift customer support and suitable consumer remedies. We process all product fault submissions on a case by case basis.
Immediate information we require:
- Your Warehouse Bargains Invoice number;
- The name of the product (can be found on your invoice);
- An accurate description of the fault;
- Clear photos and/or short video showing the fault;
Our support staff will contact you once we receive the information and determine best course of action.
Missing or Damaged Parts
Should you discover missing or damaged parts when you open your Warehouse Bargains purchase, you need to contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order so we can provide swift customer support and agreeable consumer remedies. To support your missing/damaged parts claim, it's important that you take photos and/or a short video as evidence to record what's missing or damaged when you open your package. We will process your claim within 3 business days, and provide you with an agreeable consumer remedy.
Your Consumer Rights Under Australian Law
When purchasing goods and services from Warehouse Bargains, consumers are provided with automatic guarantees and rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). The Australian Consumer Law states that goods must match the description provided by the business, be safe to operate, quality controlled for acceptable use, present with no faults or defects, and the goods function and/or perform as described on our website. Services offered must be provided with acceptable care, skill, and technical knowledge and give the results that the consumer and the business have agreed on. These guarantees and rights provided by Australian Consumer Law are known as ‘Consumer Guarantees’.
Our products come with Consumer Guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. These Guarantees mean that you are entitled to a replacement, or refund if your purchased item is found to have a major fault or failure, and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. In other words, if we knew in advance that the product was defective, and we sold it to you anyway, you would be entitled to compensation under Australian Consumer Law.
As a consumer you are also entitled to have the product repaired, or replaced if the product fails to be of acceptable quality, and the failure or fault does not amount to a major failure. Consumer Guarantees generally apply for an amount of time that can be considered 'reasonable' given factors such as the type, and cost of the product, or any representations made by us regarding product usage and longevity.
Misuse Of Products
When consumers deliberately misuse the product(s) they purchase, or they use the product(s) not as intended or described on our website, or they use the product(s) in a manner that is unfit or unsafe for use, or within an environment that fundamentally places the product under extreme temperature changes, or they alter the product(s) (hardware and software) so that the product does not conform to manufacturer guidelines or specifications, or warranty terms, then consumers limit their Consumer Rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Our Discount Pricing
Warehouse Bargains offers factory direct discount pricing on our entire range. Unlike other discount retail outlets, we can sustain our heavily discounted prices 365 days of the year because we do not have a showroom or bricks and mortar store that impacts our discount pricing. This means that our customers (as in, you) win big time by snapping up your favourite retail brands at near cost price!
How To Pay
Our prices are shown in Australian dollars for ease of shopping on our website. All orders are shipped Free of Charge using one of our preferred carriers. You can read about our preferred shipping carriers on our FAQs page.
We accept the following payment methods:

Please be aware that all accounting procedures (acceptance, rejections) of Afterpay, LayBuy, Humm, and Pay It Later is the respective financial institution's sole discretion. Warehouse Bargains does not have any authority or persuasion with any Shop Now, Pay Later solution.
For payments using Credit/Debit cards, Warehouse Bargains does not store Credit/Debit card information on our website. All Credit/Debit card purchases are handled through PayPal's secured payment gateway portal or Stripe's secured payment gateway portal.
All online orders received through our website are shipped Free of Charge Australia wide. This includes bulky and heavy item orders over 22kgs in metric volume weight. We try to dispatch all orders within 24-48hrs of full payment received. On extra busy days there might be a slight delay in getting your order out. We try our best to keep to our 24-48hr dispatch timelines. If you paid for your order using a Shop Now, Pay Later solution, it may take up to 3 days before we receive the cleared funds in our bank account.
Postcode Exclusions - Remote Area/Region
We provide Free Shipping on every product in our store but some products cannot be shipped to remote regions within Australia. To see if your region or area is deemed remote by Australian shipping carriers, please read our FAQs before purchase or you can contact us and we'll confirm if the item can be shipped to your area or not.
Standard Shipping Charge
We do our best to provide free shipping on practically all our stock but there are some items that cannot be shipped free of charge. To avoid confusion on what products are shipped free of charge, and what product are not, we state clearly on each individual product page:
- if the item is shipped free of charge - we state Free Shipping
- If the item has shipping charges - we state Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping charge is proportional to the item purchased, and the final metric volume weight of the product.

Cancellation Of Order
Online orders receive through our website are sent to our distribution warehouse within 40 minutes of receiving cleared funds. Due to the volume of orders we receive daily, and our 3rd party shipping carrier time sensitive pick-up schedules, we cannot cancel an order that has already been sent to our warehouse. Please kindly accept our time sensitive non-cancellation policy before purchase.
You can still send us a cancellation request via our contact us page. We will advise you in writing if we are able to cancel your order or not. If we are unable to cancel your order because it is already being processed by our warehouse staff, you may be able to return your purchase under our 14 Day Change-Of-Mind Returns. Please read our Return Policy before submitting a return request.
3rd Party Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times
Please read our FAQs for the list of 3rd party shipping carriers we use, and their estimated pickup and delivery timelines and non-shipping postcodes & regions.
For multi-item orders, we may split your order into separate shipments depending on what you purchase. This is completely normal as we have warehouses located in Victoria, NSW & Queensland. We will issue the customer the necessary tracking numbers and carrier services used on split shipments so customers can track their orders from start to finish.

Under no circumstances are our stock inventory images, and product description content allowed to be used, copied, downloaded, displayed or associated with: other retail alternative websites, eBay or mass 'group' selling forums or websites such as Etsy, Amazon, etc. Those found to be exploiting our Terms will be contacted immediately and a 'stop release' request will be issued. Failure to stop and desist from using our Copyright Protected Content inclusive of all product images and adverting graphics without written authorisation from Warehouse Bargains will escalate to legal channels.
Under no circumstances do we allow hot-linking of our product images, professional photography, and content on our website. Those found to be hot-linking our copyright protected images, material and content will be prosecuted to the full extent of Australian Law.
It is a violation of the law to place an order under a false intent to purchase, a false name or with a fraudulently obtained credit card. Fraudulent ordering will be prosecuted to the fullest extent the law allows.
The product information contained on this Site is provided by Warehouse Bargains in good faith. The information is believed to be accurate and current at the date the product information was placed on this Site.
Warehouse Bargains does not guarantee that your access to the network or the server which stores and delivers our website and its contents to you will remain free of viruses or other harmful components. Warehouse Bargains shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order/s whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Warehouse Bargains shall immediately issue a full refund back through your original method of payment.
