Payment

Yes, we sure do! We use Afterpay, LayBuy, Humm & Pay It Later Interest Free solutions. 

We use Australian (AUD) currency only. We accept the following payment methods: 

  • Credit/Debit Cards;
  • Google Pay;
  • Apple Pay;
  • PayPal Account;
  • Afterpay (Shop Now, Pay Later) option*;
  • LayBuy (Shop Now, Pay Later) option**;
  • Humm (Shop Now, Pay Later) option*;
  • Pay It Later (Shop Now, Pay Later) option*;

* Afterpay, Humm, Pay It Later is available to all Australian residents. 

** LayBuy is available to Australian and New Zealand residents.

All accounting procedures (acceptance, rejections) of Afterpay, LayBuy, Humm, and Pay It Later is the respective financial institution's sole discretion. Warehouse Bargains does not have any authority or persuasion with any Shop Now, Pay Later solution. 

For payments using Credit/Debit cards, Warehouse Bargains does not store Credit/Debit card information on our website. All Credit/Debit card purchases are handled through PayPal's secured payment gateway portal or Stripe's secured payment gateway portal. Please read their Privacy policy and the storing of customer data.

Returns

PAYPAL / CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

If you paid for your order using PayPal or Credit Card, your payment is instantly available, which means your order will be sent directly to our warehouse within 30 minutes of processed transaction. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been picked, packed and weighed for 3rd party shipping carrier pick-up. 

If you paid for your order over the weekend, please send us a cancellation request via our Contact Us page before Monday 9am. If you send us a request after Monday 9am we are unable to cancel your order. You may still be able to return your purchase under our 14 Day Change-Of-Mind Returns. Please read our Return Policy

SHOP NOW, PAY LATER PAYMENT PROCESSING

If you paid for your order using Shop Now, Pay Later solution, your payment may take up to 3 days to land in our bank account as cleared funds. This delay usually occurs when orders are placed over the weekend. 

Please send us a cancellation request via our Contact Us page before Monday 9am or the first non-public holiday. This is important otherwise we may not be able to cancel the order.

Please read our Terms and Conditions and our Return Policy before submitting a cancellation of order request.

We offer a no-fuss 14 Day Change-Of-Mind Returns on our product range. Some products cannot be returned under our Change-Of-Mind Policy, and we clearly state this on the product page. 

If you wish to return your purchase, please submit a Change-Of-Mind Return Request via our Contact Us page and we'll get the process started. Please read our Terms and Conditions and our Return Policy before submitting a cancellation of order request.

We offer 7 Day Product Exchange on most of our products. Some products cannot be returned due to Australian hygiene and sanitary regulations and manufacturer wholesale terms. And some products are eligible for Product Exchange while others do not have additional colours or styles. Depending on which product you purchased will determine if you can exchange your product or not. 

 Please take a moment to read our Terms and Conditions and our Return Policy before submitting a return request as this outlines our Product Exchange policy in detail.

Straight up, we apologise (in advance) if the product you purchased from us doesn't work, or its defective, or maybe you unpacked everything in preparation to assemble your purchase only to discover that some parts are damaged or missing. 

What to do in this situation?

Please contact us immediately should any of the above apply. It's important that you document everything, including taking pictures of the damaged product and/or parts. Taking a short smartphone video showing how your product doesn't work or doesn't charge is also essential as this fast-tracks the warranty return process. 

When contacting us, the information we need to assist you quickly: 

  • Your Warehouse Bargains invoice number;
  • The name of the product (if multiple items purchased);
  • Reason for contact ie: 
    • Change-Of-Mind Return Request;
      • I changed my mind. I don't want it;
      • It doesn't suit me or my home;
      • I can buy it cheaper elsewhere;
      • It was a gift, and I don't like/want it;
    • Product Exchange Request;
      • I'd like to swap colours;
      • I'd like to swap styles;
    • Warranty Returns;
      • Product Doesn't Work;
      • Product Doesn't Charge;
      • Received Damaged Parts / Product;
      • There's Missing Parts;

When providing an accurate description of the issue, the more details you provide the faster we can work with you to resolve this to your satisfaction. When we receive your email, we will contact you to start the return process. 

Shipping

Typically within 1 - 2 business days after receipt of cleared funds.

Instant Payments

  • If you placed your order on Friday, and paid for it using PayPal or Credit Card, we would dispatch your order on Monday, or Tuesday at the latest. 
  • If you placed your order over the weekend, and paid using PayPal or Credit Card, we would dispatch your order on Monday, or Tuesday at the latest. 
  • If you placed your order on a Public Holiday and paid using PayPal or Credit Card, we would dispatch your order within 24 - 48hrs after the public holiday.
  • The assumption is Monday and Tuesday are not Public Holidays. 

Shop Now, Pay Later Payments

  • If you placed your order on Friday or over the weekend, or on a Public Holiday, and paid using Shop Now, Pay Later, we would dispatch your order 1 - 2 business days from receipt of cleared funds. Shop Now, Pay Later require 1 - 2 business days to process your transaction. This includes transactions made on Public Holidays. 

Orders are typically dispatched within 24- 48hours after full payment received. The delivery times noted below are estimates only for shipping address inside a major metro area. The estimate times are due to the current COVID-19 state law restrictions (if imposed) and any potential shipping delays from border closures. If you reside within a rural or remote area, shipping may take slightly longer to reach you. 

VICTORIA DELIVERIES

2 - 5 business days. If you reside in a rural or remote region, deliveries may take up to 7 business days to reach you.

NSW, SA, ACT DEVLIERIES

2 - 5 business days. If you reside in a rural or remote region, delivery may take up to 7 business days to reach you.

QLD, NT, WA & TAS DELIVERIES

3 - 7 business days. If you reside in a rural or remote areas, delivery make take up to 9 business days to reach you.

We use Australia Post eParcel, Fastway Couriers & TOLL Logistics nationwide.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Transit Issue/No Tracking update

Tracking numbers are provided once the package has been dispatched from our warehouse. The tracking number will come live and show movements of the package only when it gets scanned by the courier company in the depot or parcel facility. 

Please note: if the tracking number is not showing any updates after 48hours, please contact us so that we can reach out to the courier company and get it resolved fast. 

Product Undeliverable

A product can be undeliverable due to multiple factors. Our support team will contact you through email to resolve the matter.

Returned to Sender (RTS)

If a product has been RTS, it may be because of the following reasons:

Invalid Address - Please make sure your shipping address is always correct. If your order gets Returned to Sender due to an invalid address, then a re-delivery charge will apply. If you request a refund because your order was returned to us due to an invalid shipping address, then the Shipping Charge & our standard 20% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery Rejected by Receiver - If the order is rejected by you, or someone in your family, or your house-mate, then the order is deemed: Change-Of-Mind Return. All Change-Of-Mind Returns incur a 20% Restocking Fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and will be deducted from your refund. 

If the purchase was a Gift and it was rejected and returned back to us, it will be processed the same as a Change-Of-Mind Return. Change-Of-Mind Returns incur a 20% Restocking Fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Unsuccessful Delivery - By default, all orders are dispatched with the status "Authorised to Leave (ATL)" and "Safe Drop Authorised" (SDA). When the total order value is high, and/or the courier company can not find a safe place to leave your order, the package will be dropped off at the nearest Australia Post Office or Courier Depot or Parcel Collection centre of the carrier company after leaving the calling card in the mailbox. 

It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking of their order and contact the courier company immediately if they missed the delivery, otherwise an additional re-delivery charge may apply. 

We currently work with three Australian based shipping carriers to provide the most efficient delivery service to our customers nationwide.

Australia Post eParcel

Orders that weigh 22kgs or less (inclusive of metric volume weight) will be dispatched with Australia Post. If you are not home when Australia Post delivers your order to your residential address, and you stipulated in your order comments Do Not Safe Drop, Australia Post will leave a Missed Delivery card at your front door or inside your mailbox. The Missed Delivery card will advise that you can pick up your order at your nearest Post Office outlet.

Fastway Couriers

For orders that weigh 22kgs or less (inclusive of metric volume weight) and the final shipping cost is less than Australia Post rates will be dispatched with Fastway Couriers.

Fastway Couriers do not accept PO BOX shipping addresses, so please be sure to provide your full residential address or, if you know you won't be home in time for the delivery you can use your work address instead. To track your order with Fastway Couriers, please visit http://www.fastway.com.au and use the consignment tracking number you received. 

TOLL Logistics

Bulky orders that weigh more than 20kgs but less than 30kgs (inclusive of metric volume weight) are shipped with TOLL Logistics.

TOLL does not accept PO BOX shipping addresses, so please be sure to provide your full residential address or, if you know in advance that you won't be home for the delivery you can use your work address instead. You can track your order anytime using https://www.tollgroup.com/tools/mytoll

Please be aware that if you fail to provide a deliverable shipping address this will unnecessarily delay the dispatch of your order. 

Sorry. No. We do not provide free return shipping. 

Our products are heavily discounted, almost below cost price. Our profit margins are super slim with next to no wriggle room. We would love to offer free return shipping to our loyal customers, but its just not financially viable for us.
